Cruising NZ
So The Legal Genealogist is cruising along down the New Zealand coast right now with the 10th Unlock Your Past Cruise.
And loving every minute of it.
What’s not to love? This is my home for the next two-plus weeks — with someone to make my bed, feed me gourmet meals and even serve drinks:
The Monday (New Zealand time!) port for the Celebrity Solstice was the Bay of Islands, and it’s pretty easy to see why the area is called that:
And though I managed to lose my travel companions for part of the bus tour, we all did get to see glow worms inside a cave in gorgeous territory:
And as genealogists, it’s awfully hard to argue with a 19th century mission house complete with cemetery:
I know. I know. It’s a tough life, but somebody has to do it…
